During periods of high demand, holidays, or special product launches, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

We may periodically offer free shipping promotions.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Qodesh Collective is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

We will do our best to assist with any shipping issues.
